No. CAWR does not do ground-up new construction. We work exclusively on existing buildings — renovation, interior fit-out, restoration, repair, and property maintenance. If you need a new facility built from the ground up, we're not the right contractor and we'll tell you that on the first call rather than after a site visit.
Both. Roughly half our volume is commercial — tenant fit-outs, warehouse and retail build-outs, facade and coating restoration, and multi-building campus maintenance. The other half is residential renovation, bathrooms, decks, and insurance restoration. The same standards apply to both.
Water and fire emergencies are answered 24/7 by phone at 484-885-4862. For active water losses, call rather than submitting the form — extraction and structural drying need to start within hours, not the next business day.
